The “publish” button to post your webtoon is only available through using your internet browser on your mobile device or computer and not the mobile app.
After you click the publish button it will bring you to the uploading screen where you will submit image files of your webtoon.
Vertical scrolling webtoons are made up of multiple image files that webtoons platform stacks on top of each other~
So you can totally make a full webtoon comic all on your phone even if it’s taking pictures of your comic page and uploading it that way or drawing directly on your phone screen in ibispaint~
