Oh my goodness, is it already Friday, again? Time really is flying away from me (((( ;°Д°)))) Well at least I can say that there is another comic page update and I’m really excited on how chapter 6 is turning out (no one has seen chapter six yet ^^) It’s probably going to be a little embarrassing to draw but as long as I’m happy with it then I’m sure a lot of you all will really enjoy it as well, seeing how we have a lot of the same interest <3 *Look at all of you being all cool and everything!*
I also wanted to send out a reminder about the Comic Day Event that will be happening up at the Burlington Public Library here in Iowa. I didn’t realize how many local people were actually reading my comic, it was a real eye opener when I met a lot of them at Anime Iowa so I hope that you all will be able to stop by =3 I’m so nervous right now, I’ve got the tummy jitters~ Also Iowa Comic Book Club will be holding it’s next one day comic convention at the same place it was last year so for those of you who are into comic’s as well then feel free to stop by there. The Library Comic Day event will be on September 28th, and the ICON event will be on Oct 19th.
It’s so good to see so many active comic events going on in the state of Iowa, now when people ask me where I’m from and I tell them Iowa and then they say “Oh! What there’s a lot of potatoes over there isn’t it? hahaha!” and I’ll say “No, it’s corn and the corn is awesome and we have comics too! So corn and comics, a two for one! Booyah!”…..well I won’t really say that because I mostly just laugh along and just sit in a corner while muttering to myself or something close to that? I don’t know, nevermind all of that ^^ Anywhoo once I have all the thumbnails finished for chapter 6, which I plan on that chapter being 40+ pages and I want the whole volume to at least be 200+ pages, then I’ll post up a screencap for everyone to see~
