  2. Yaay! So exited about this! Loving the new website! Congrats on that ^^

    Did you change the storyline much on this? Obviously there gonna be more to this than I saw on DA telling form the previous page. I’m looking forward to reading it! Good luck with keeping up on the updating. 🙂

    • I did tweek a few things after reading over the feedback that I got from the last story but still expect the same story lesson that I want everyone to see and the same fluffy silliness with a tiny little twist ;D Thank you so much for checking in on me Jamnie! I’m not able to comment on your DA but you’re work has come so far!! You are doing such an awesome job at capturing the emotion with your realistic style drawings! Keep it up okay?

      • Thanks a lot for the encouragement. I surprised even myself with how just 30 or so pages of Andrew Loomis and 100 days did for my drawing skills. It’s really sooo motivating! 😀

        I noticed the other day when I visited your DA page, it was all “The account has been de-activated” And for a second I was like …tear TT_TT …. Then I remembered you were over here! Lol.

        I’m loving Bottled Prince right now! I love where the story’s going. You really are a great story teller ^^. I have a question. Are you bilingual? I know random! Just curious 8)

        • HAHAHAHA! No I only know bits and pieces of different languages *That’s knowing two languages right? bilingual* That’s okay I think random comments can be funny! XD

  3. Hi Miruki 😀
    Thank you so much for letting me know your thought and I completely understand what you mean and where you are coming from. My plan was to make a buffer for the comic chapters, so if something suddenly came up with my family or my other comic (Bottled Prince) then the updates for this comic wouldn’t suffer.
    So even though I would be updating once each week I would already have two or three chapters finished and in my buffer pile for back up if life decides to throw a wrench at me.
    So for now the one page a week is just a bare minimum deadline that I made for myself and promise for the readers but I do plan on giving out multi page surprises every now and then but just to be on the safe side I wanted to pace myself and stick with an easy deadline.

    Once I do get enough of a buffer made for the comic then I want to update more often throughout the week. Right now I do have all of chapter one drawn up and I’m working on Chapter two very soon so it won’t take too long for the first volume to be all drawn up and ready to be sent off to the printers. Each volume should have 4 or 5 chapters. I want to pace myself so I don’t plan on having the story be very long and get out of hand and then take a very long time to finish but don’t feel bad about letting me know your thoughts only decisions. Feel free to keep letting me know because that give me another perspective on things and it also gives me something to think about and possible apply to my work schedule. Thank you again for taking the time out to let me know all of this Miruki! I really appreciate it 😀 and if anything I said sounds confusing let me know because I tend to talk a lot and forget to add words in my comment replies ^^;

  4. Hey there~

    somehow stumbled upon your site and your comic sounds pretty interesting… from what I can tell from three pages. I’ve gotta admit tho, that I don’t think a normal manga format goes well with the web comic style. In most (popular) web comics, each page that gets posted has some sort of mini story with a conclusion inside, most often some sort of gag, while still telling some kind of main story inbetween… manga usually don’t use that style, besides 4-koma manga. A chapter of a manga is usually 25-50 pages, a whole manga around 200 pages, if you upload one page each week that would take around 4 years for one volume then. Depending on how long you’d want to make the story, of course. I’m guessing you already have a rough idea about the story and what direction it will take etc – I’d actually rather see how many pages I want to have the story, see what points of the story would make good breaks and release the story in chapters or half a chapter monthly or bi-monthly. That would make the story way more fun for your readers but it would mean a little more work than one page per week for you.. orz

    Of course all this is your choice, I just wanted to share my thoughts on this. I’ll be checking back in a months or two to read more of your story! 🙂
