I’m going out on a limb on this theory, but I’m guessing that Oriana lost her grandmother to cancer and maybe that’s why she did what she did? Theory aside though, I certainly did not see that coming. I look forward to Ori’s story.
I can kinda relate though to what you said in your notes about the mental release you feel when you cut your hair. I am no stranger to cutting my hair and mother gave me grief about it constantly (“Nika, you cut your hair again?!”, “Mummy, it will grow back you know!”). Two and a half years ago, I just got so sick of hair that I decided to do the big chop. It was such a refreshing feeling when I did that. I eventually decided to grow it back though and I am now on a loc’ed journey (one year and three months in).
I do enjoy reading this comic and I hope to read more from you in the future.

Oriana is such a strong, kind hearted, and keeps such a positive mind even though she’s going through such hard times. I can easily relate to her and though we have our differences in our problems and personalities, I fill like someone finally understands what I’m going through and how I feel. Thank you so much for having the creative mind to write this and even more so to have the heart to post this for others to see! I’m more than happy to say you and Oriana are on my role models list!! You sure helped this 17 year old out!! Thank you again!!
