As long as I have a camera feature on my smartphone or tablet I’m able to upload my traditional drawn pages onto my tablet and share it onto webtoon.
You can make a webtoon all digitally without a computer using free apps like Medibang paint, Jump Paint or ibispaint that works with touch screen devices.
With this touch screen feature it allows the app to use your phone like a track pad and that way you can use your finger or any stylus to draw directly on it.
Now LINE Webtoon and Tapas both have a mobile app but that app is currently for reading comics only.
The only way to submit your webtoon to their site is through your internet browser on your phone.
First you’ll want to go to their site by typing the url in the browser on your phone or tablet:
Next you’ll want to click the request desktop feature within the browser settings
After that the Publish button will appear and you can now upload your webtoon onto their site!
