This is going to sound weird but I love listening to classical music when I’m reading Garfield comic books…..It’s all about the ambience and it just such a vibe for me~
I say that to say this….adding music to your webtoon can help foster (look at me using fancy words~) a certain intentional ambience for different scenes of your story!
A few of my favorite places to find some snazzy (yes I said snazzy -.-) and royalty free and licensed music for your webtoon!

They have free music downloads and streaming and web over 600,000 free songs from amazing independent artist all around the world!
They also have Licensing options along with ofcorse royalty free music for your Business, Art, YouTube, Videos, Games etc~
You can search through different genres, instruments and moods (which is such a big thing cause again ambience~)
SoundCloud
Sound Cloud probably has one of the largest communities of artist, bands and just creators of royalty music & sound effect audio!
Now with SoundCloud I have to bring attention to specifically their audio sound effect loop.
Picture this, say you have your characters sitting by a fire and you have the music going to create the vibe but you’d be able to pull your readers ever more into the scene by adding the sound effect of the fire wood crackling softly in the background.
Guess who has fire cracking sound effect loops! That’s right SoundCloud!
So if you want to add a little more sparkle to your webtoon vibe then make sure to check out the sound effect audio loops avaible on their platform!
Make sure you guys are following their terms of service and making sure to use the proper license for your webtoon music needs.
